Like most of the bureaucracy in Washington and Obamacare it needs to be destroyed and started over.
Patching the tire on Obamacare would be just like everything else Washington tries to correct, it will undoubtedly come out worse.
That’s what bureaucrats do. And they will be writing the changes.
But is there anything in place for starting over?
