I agree with the Bush Center; more migration would be wonderful. Let’s start with 12-plus million illegals migrating back to their real homes. If they need help getting motivated, deport them all. No exceptions. That would be a great start on positive migration.
Once we solve the problem with illegals and give legal immigrants time to assimilate, then we can negotiate to resume legal migration (and only legal migration - no amnesty ever for illegals, and no subsequent legal immigration for those who have ever come here illegally).
