I bought in big at the bottom, around March 20th. Up as much as 60% (yep), but down the last 3 days.
Buffet is trying to move the markets, nothing more. He dumped his airline stocks after buying at precisely the wrong time. Lost $50 billion in value (yes, $50B).
I believe (and put my money behind it) that our economy will come back, stronger than ever.
My holdings: Cruise lines, Airlines, Hotels, Restaurants, Casinos.
Your mileage may vary!
lol. I am holding AAL at a pretty low average. We’ll see.
The Curly family portfolio is up 0.6% for today.
About 9% off the all time high, which was not that long ago. Sort of comes with the territory of being an investor.
Long term prospects are bright if we can re-elect Trump. If we get a RAT look for another great recession or worse.
I had a joint account on Stockpile with no. 2 son and was shocked to find they dont allow the purchase of shares selling for less than $5. So I opened up a second account on Webull thats up 25% as of this morning. I opened an account in Robinhood for the no. 1 son. Didnt do as well, but still up 8% as of this morning. Our biggest winner is a Canadian oil company, Vermillion, up over 100%. I almost bailed, but didnt, when analysts were predicting that AMC Theaters was going to file bankruptcy. Up over 50%
My holdings: Cruise lines, Airlines, Hotels, Restaurants, Casinos.

You may as well add an energy company in with the rest of the dogs. :)
Good luck with your picks.
When did you get those holdings? Buffet’s move made me consider buying an airline stock sometime.
I don't know how playing the market can not drive a person crazy and stressed. I wish I could do it but do not have the emotional stamina. That's also why I don't bet sports anymore.
If I thief steals 1/2 your money, you may eventually replace that money and even exceed it. But you will never be ahead of were you would have been had you kept the money.
So no, we will never ever better then before.
My toilet paper stock is through the roof.
