If I were a Texas restaurant owner Id just open up. Youre rarely at a hundred percent anyway. Does some busybody walking by look in and count noses and go look up your capacity and complain? Doubtful. And if the cops come by just say oh sorry and reduce your tables.

Thats what I dont understand. How are the restaurants going to enforce this. They are all scared of being sued by the scared crazies that need to stay home. I will not wait in line for 2 hours to get in a restaurant.
