Wow, Best Buy is open in your area of CA? Last I heard here in CT, you can order items online or over the phone, then do curbside pickup at the store. I wanted to go in and ask a bunch of questions... I've always found the employees at our Best Buy very helpful.

I’ve been able to get answers to most of my ignorant question through online search. Just make your question very specific. There are a lot of user forums that come up, too.

It helps to see other people as clueless as I’ve been.
