The governor here still has his foot on the throat of the economy which is small business, services, restaurants, and construction. No argument that he is still inflicting incredible damage on the economy. But people are now ignoring the “stay at home order”... Traffic is back to normal and people are out and about all over the place. I am not sure where they are all going.
