Big Pharma is like the military industrial complex. It is only a problem because of corrupt politicians that make bank writing laws that are for the benefit of large corporations to the detriment of all others.

I know many companies in various industries that get their congressmen to insert regulations into legislation which gives those companies an advantage in the marketplace.
This is the corrupt system and it is not just pharmaceuticals.
Where in the US Constitution does it say the federal gov't can regulate drugs?
The problem is not "Big Pharma" but unconstitutional gov't.
