Read the amendment.
It says, no one may be ELECTED President more than twice.
it does not change ELIGIBILITY to BE President - as long as you don’t get there by “ being elected”, whatever that means in a Constitution that does not even have elections in it.
It would be litigated, which wouldn’t help his chances IMO...
