The Philadelphia Police Department on Friday announced that it would immediately end the controversial scale-back of arrests for some nonviolent crimes that was put in place in March in response to the pandemic.
Police will now arrest people for certain property crimes, such as retail theft and burglary, officials said. Previously officers were instructed to detain suspects at the scene to be fingerprinted and identified, and then submit paperwork for charges to be filed later.

Watch for ACLU to bankroll lawyers and court cases to say the criminals are being discriminated against now. They worked in crime under one assumption (no arrests) and were lied to. Sue somebody.
How weird. Just got done watching Minority Report and saw this headline.
I guess they found out the hard way how segments of society used the time to fill their pockets, buggies, bags and anything else they could carry.
The citizens are now the criminals and the real criminals are set free. THE AG IS A SOROS PLANT
