Bye-bye shelter-in-place. Hello re-opening.

Apple’s Mobility Trends report shows that traffic in the US and other countries like Germany has pretty much doubled in the past three weeks. It had been down up to 72%. And location data provider Foursquare says that gas and fast food visits are back to pre-COVID-19 levels in the American Midwest.

Rural areas are following the same pattern.

These Apple/Google things are Deep State narrative-generators.

Prove me wrong. Release the underlying data.

I know it’s a cliche to say, but, they can’t arrest all of us. If critical masses of people decide not to abide by these orders, the orders will become meaningless.

From the Apple site: “Access the Complete Data
You can download the complete data set, which features daily changes in requests for directions by transportation type for all available countries/regions, sub-regions, and cities.”

Massive data. The Chinese use it to CONTROL. DEPLATFORM? EXTERMINATION of citizen’s speech. Next up. Locate X. Eliminate X

Kai-fu Lee explains “chinese gladiators”. Very straightforward guy.

We’re sick of it.

And no, they can’t arrest all of us.

Those Kings and Queens who think they own us.

It will grow, day by day, but Americans are putting an end to this.

I’m sure a lot of this movement is from a-holes that tell pollsters that they want house arrest orders to stay in place as song as possible... as long as they don’t have to do it.

The traffic problems have returned... never thought that I would be glad to see that. People are voting with their feet and vehicles. Gov Dimsley of WA take your “stay at home order” and shove it.

They found out what they wanted to know.

How long will the population put up with this kind of happy horse chit before they turn.

For future reference.

Traffic here in South Orange County, California has ramped up to almost Federal Holiday levels...

Interesting data. It shows that California traffic is up about 80% from the bottom two or three weeks ago. That matches what I see when I go out or walk around town.

Empty roads were sure heaven for a while. Here’s an anecdote about returning to normalcy...

There was a wildfire on “Telescope Hill” at Stanford University yesterday. I was driving by the road below the hill just as the Sheriff’s vehicles and fire trucks were driving the opposite way to get to the fire. I pulled over to the right side of the rather narrow road (as required by law everywhere) and, sure enough, a Tesla passes me just as the fire equipment is going the other way endangering everybody.

You know things are getting back to normal when the arrogant, elitist, liberal, entitled assholes driving Teslas are back to their usual driving habits. Not many years ago Mercedes and BMW drivers were the benchmark for that type of driving, but today it’s definitely the jerks in Teslas.

Great. It's "requests for directions", daily changes.

This does not mean that people are or aren't abiding by government directives, which usually allow freedom of movement to stores.

Many governors have over stepped their ability to enforce their draconian, oppressive laws. Open rebellion may be brewing. Rather than a shooting revolution this will be honest people just trying to live their lives and feed themselves. I am fortunate to be enjoying the arbitrary designation of essential and haven’t missed any work, but I am I am behind them 100%.
