I see that Connecticut is listed as starting May 4 or later. Since they are part of a compact with New York, New Jersey, and Delaware which are not listed, they will probably have to coordinate with the other states.

Let’s not forgot infecting nursing home residents. New York leads in doing that deliberately. Does that count for extra credit?
