I'm petite and 5'2.....as my sons have said I'm often underestimated for my size and appearance. It's never wise to underestimate what you 'see'. Hopefully she'll be quick on her feet and retain her focus....the press will likely 'test' her or go light with her first briefing.

Lately the president has been holding press events inside the White house, with the media cordoned off into cramped areas on the periphery of the room behind ropes, standing, no chairs to sit in.

He has been acting more dignified, avoiding the needless bickering which turns so many people off. Very presidential in his manner and delivery.

You can be attractive, petite and strong on your feet.....which can actually be to ones advantage in a room full of people ....often people have to readjust their first impression. Been there , done that, and you can actually 'see' this adjustment once conversation ensues.
