KEY POINTS With coronavirus cases beginning to level off, states are looking to jump-start economies hard hit by the virus.
And with jobless claims totaling 30.3 million in six weeks, Americans are clamoring to get back to work.
Governors have taken vastly different tactics in developing plans to reopen business in their states and remove social-distancing restrictions.
Heres a complete, state-by-state listing, which will be periodically updated.

If airlines, businesses and restaurants open "with restrictions" such as a requirement to wear the dreaded mask - then I will not patronize those establishments.
I have to wear the mask to go out now, but I minimize my time.
But if the Mask Nazis insist this be a semi-permanent or permanent requirement, then I will not give them my business or my money.
Im sick and fn tired of this non essential BS. A guitar isnt essential?! The owner and employees need to eat. Feed their families and pay the rent . Thats essential. Ahole dictators

Armed protesters stormed the Michigan State House yesterday.
People have had enough of this totalitarian BS.
Thanks to Hogan’s newfound love for tyranny, we’re all champing at the bit for WV to kick out the jams.
More than happy to give WV my money.
West Virginia
West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice implemented a stay-at-home order for the entire state that went into effect March 24.
This order asks West Virginians to stay at home and limit movements outside beyond essential needs, Justice said in a tweet.
Nonessential businesses were told to temporarily cease operations, but religious entities were exempted as long as congregants maintain distances of 6 feet apart.
The states schools will remain closed through the academic year.
Reopening Plan:
Justice released a six-week reopening plan called West Virginia Strong The Comeback on April 27.
The first week begins April 30 and involves resuming elective medical operations and outpatient health care.
During the second week, any small business with fewer than 10 employees may resume operations, including hair salons, nail salons, barbershops and pet grooming.
Guidance will be made available addressing specific business sectors.
In weeks three to six, additional businesses will be allowed to reopen, including office/government buildings, specialty retail stores and casinos.
I refuse to wear a mask.
I don’t think that one is going to go over well in stores.
I’m waiting for my V/Guy Fawkes mask to show up in a few days.
Good Lord, what is so bad about wearing a mask?? It is simple, drug-free, cheap and effective. And it is TEMPORARY. NONE of these measures implemented is permanent or intended to be.
I also refuse. It’s bullshit.
We live in the country.
So strange to see IDIOTS driving alone in their vehicles way out here with masks on.
Then they get out, without another human 100’ from them, still wearing their masks.
You know 2 things about them: they were educated in public schools, and they depend on the drive-by media for their information.

Did I hear VOLUNTARY?

It dehumanizes us. The benefits don't outweigh the negatives, especially from this virus. The death rate is almost infinitesimal compared to real pestilences such as the bubonic plague and Spanish Flu.
It turns us into drones and slaves for the state, who don't just recommend a mask, they demand we wear one.
It robs us freedom, and stains the blessings that God has given us that make life enriching and rewarding.
It empowers the tyrants, who enjoy inflicting pain on the population and who revel in their own lust for power.
It is clastrophic, and emotionally unhealthy, especially for prolonged periods of time.
It is also impossible to wear the mask as proscribed, and fully open our economy. The majority of people are not going to start flying again when you have to wear the mask at all times. Even if you were to take a sip of water on an aircraft, all of the supposed protections of the mask are now null and void. Same thing for restaurants and other businesses.
Those masks are hot. And it is difficult for me to hear people with masks and to hear clerks behind plexiglass.
I got a custom mask with a Jolly Roger on it.
They can’t fine you for flipping them the bird...yet.
Hop over the line to MD and then say “voluntary”.
