When California lawmakers return to Sacramento, they have some heavy-duty decisions ahead of them regarding parental rights.
As of now, the California General Assembly plans to resume work on May 4th, and Greg Burt of the California Family Council is closely watching "several really bad bills." SB 1004, for example, is a very specific measure of special concern that requires medical insurance firms to keep certain procedures and medications for minors secret from their parents.

Dont ever let a Democrat get away with telling they they are against sex with children.
None of this can be Constitutional when you consider the supreme court decision on Roe v. Wade respecting a right to privacy between Dr. and patient.
Bad legislation is all we have gotten in Cali for a very long time. A major state run by ONE PARTY that knows only power and control...by raising taxation, by building a voting base with illegals and a welfare dependency class, continuing to harass legal gun owners, restricting access to public lands, protecting a sanctuary state, freeing criminals, protection of sexual deviants and predators...the list goes on.
The list goes on....DEMOCRAT-DESTROYED STATE.
Well, young people affected by such legislation and lacking fatherly guidance and protection won’t grow up to compete in business. Something to think about. We need to cooperate to stop that kind of legislation in every state and legislate against future efforts to pass such legislation.
