Damn! Just last week we sent our check to renew our subscription.
I weon’t go there.
It will be fun for me and my wife.
We havent worn masks anywhere this whole time. We will go in with our gas masks.
Went in their new store once to compare...wasn’t impressed. Thanks for helping make the decision even easier.
This sounds perfectly reasonable, and is a good compromise.
This has been standard for weeks now. No big issue - just let us in and shop
Laughing at those of you who say I wont shop there! Good. Go shop at places where youre more likely to get sick. Good luck with that. Did some of you really think this wouldnt be the new (temporary) norm for a few months? Really?
I won’t be shopping there. I spend thousands per year there. I don’t cow to fascism.
I’m surprised that this wasn’t instituted a month or six weeks ago. And it means I’ll have a shorter wait to check out, as we will lose those who object to masking for whatever reason.
Next they’ll want everyone to STOP BREATHING while in their store
Pass. They have crushed small businesses now they got the government to shutdown all their competition for 2 months and finally a silly requirement.
The problem here is not COVID but rather lawyers.
All a lawyer has to do is find a COSTCO customer and then dangle$millions before their eyes and then file some sort of a lw suit claiming some esoteric Costco negligence.
The result will be a large pool of funds that can be claimed by others who alleged Covid at Costco.
It is now fshionable among the legal profession to create such thievery. Reference Roundup/Cancer, 3M military tintinatis, Asbestos. In the present thieving lawyer cross hairs is J&J for talcum as a “possible” cancer cause.
Such lawyers (plaintiff and defense) are a danger to American freedom. They deserve death
well i wont be shopping at costco any time soon
Time to rob a bank with a surgical mask, then dash into costco to get away.
I USED to shop at Costco! Now now more!
i would mask up if they insisted, like at the PX.
I won’t return, however, if they start roping off what they deem “nonessential”.
They are a Private Business, so they can set the No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service (like) Policy if they choose.
My only question is, will they be providing the Masks at the Door?
The only downside there has been they stopped the Food Samples. You could have a free Lunch when you shopped there on the Weekends.
I hope the $1.50 Hot Dog and a Pepsi deal isn’t affected.
As far as being Sued if someone gets sick, apparently Nancy Pelosi and her Trial Lawyer Friends have no interest in shielding Business from the next great cause after Body Talc and Roundup, exposure to the Kung Flu.
