To: a little elbow grease
What on earth are "boneless: chicken legs? I've NEVER seen such an item sold in ANY grocery store or butcher shop in 5 different states, in my entire life? Boneless and skinless breasts....YES; legs...NEVER?

And this article says in Canada; so maybe this isn't in the USA.

Yeah, never saw a boneless chicken leg or thigh.

Indeed....boneless thighs as well but I’ve been in the meat business for 40+ years and have yet to run into a “boneless leg”

Ummmm, legs and drumsticks are the same piece of Chicken... I suspect the person writing this doesn't know a lot about butchering a chicken...
