This is a legitimate restriction folks, we just don’t know how this disease spreads. What if someone on the boat coughs into the water and the disease spreads throughout the great lakes. Five lakes poisoned because you had to get on your boat.
Until we have more data, you must not take your boat out. Also don’t take baths. Flatten the curve, only two more weeks.

Pritzker’s just trying to protect himself. He appears to be grossly overweight, so he must know that COVID-19 would kick his butt if he caught it.
Mebbe we should only allow 2 passengers on each cruise ship until the crisis has passed.
And we already know it can transfer to animals. Fish in Lake Michigan get it from an Illinois boater, then it spreads from there to commercial fishing interests based in Chicago and Milwaukee, etc.
