New facts in the Michael Flynn case call into question the voluntariness of Flynns plea. Judge Sullivan should dismiss the charges to send a clear message: Outrageous prosecutorial coercion will not be tolerated.
The criminal case against Michael Flynn imploded Friday. First, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia provided Flynns legal team with documents discovered by an outside review of the Flynn prosecution documents withheld for years. Then, Sidney Powell, the attorney who took over Flynns defense nearly a year ago, filed new documents in the case, revealing a secret lawyers understanding not to prosecute Flynns son if the retired lieutenant general pleaded guilty.
The criminal case against Flynn began when President Donald Trumps former national security adviser pleaded guilty Dec. 1, 2017, to lying to the FBI about conversations hed had with the Russian ambassador following Trumps election. That case, initiated by the now-disbanded special counsels office, lingered for more than a year while Flynn cooperated with Robert Muellers team. An end seemed near when Flynn appeared before presiding federal Judge Emmet Sullivan on Dec. 18, 2018, for sentencing. But after Sullivan harshly rebuked Flynn and suggested Flynn might spend time in jail, the retired lieutenant general accepted the longtime judges offer to have the sentencing hearing continued until Flynns cooperation was complete.
Things remained static until Mueller announced on May 29, 2019, that the investigation was complete, and that the special counsels office had been closed. One week later, Flynn fired his Covington & Burling lawyers, Robert Kelner and Stephen Anthony, and replaced them with Powell.
Powell, a vocal critic of the Mueller investigation, filed a flurry of motions seeking, among other things, documents she maintained the government had improperly withheld; she also sought dismissal of the indictment for prosecutorial misconduct. Sullivan

I've been wondering how she knew the documents existed. Someone on the inside may have been helping her.
“It is what it is”.

#FLYNN On new records, motion to dismiss, Judge Sullivan sets first deadline within days: GOV shall file a response to Mr. Flynn's sealed motion by no later than 12:00 PM on 5/4/2020 and Mr. Flynn shall file his reply by no later than 12:00 PM on 5/6/2020 @CBSNews pic.twitter.com/bH3cyd9b7M— Catherine Herridge (@CBS_Herridge) April 27, 2020
You don't expect Q and Q+ to just be sitting on their ass, do ya?
Trump, through his alt comm psyop, signaled that FLYNN IS SAFE two years ago. DECLAS has been happening right under everybody's nose. Documents are being release all over the place, and some suspect that certain investigations are or are nearly complete, allowing the release of grand jury related files.
All the bitching by the antibodies over the last two years about certain agencies not releasing documents to Congress or Judicial Watch was due to ongoing investigations. They said that all along, but many here didn't believe them.
Now exculpatory Flynn evidence has been released along with dirt on the FBI investigation.
You are observing THE PLAN in real time. Most still won't notice, but those people who have followed along and are in the know, get it.
And what's more.....
The best is yet to come.

Great point. Id say the best way to apply pressure is money... but apply it judicially, and only to those who really fight. Devin Nunes has been a great voice for truth and justice. Contribute to him. Call him and ask him what you can do to help him ferret out traitors.

Also, its very helpful to support the silent majority. Im not willing to have my car vandalized, so I dont sport a sticker, but I do carry a piece of chalk and write MAGA on public sidewalks as a way to let Trump supporters know they are not alone.
Its a small thing, but I find its very effective to think outside the box.
Or how about contacting the poor Democrat who supports Trump and is getting hammered:
Let him know you value his profile in courage and that hes not alone.
And how many times have we heard that?
Good suggestions!
Makes a difference to me! LOL! Glad to see that it irks someone else as well.
