This crap goes way back to Allen Klein and the Beatles and Stones.

As an investor, I have no sympathy for showbiz people who want to gyp the people who gambled on their prospects when they were nobodies. Especially showbiz people worth hundreds of millions of dollars. You want to keep all your rights? Bankroll your own expenses from the get-go, instead of begging for investor money.

Taylor thinks she’s a special little flower. Talent like hers needs to be identified, developed & marketed. What’s that worth?
Frankly I’m enjoying her rants because she’s probably not going to win any law suits. While she’s wealthy she doesn’t have the bank to go up against Soros.

The concept of discernment beforehand and avoidance is a very good quality to cultivate.
I can make a connection (but won't here) between knowing and deciding something in advance and the present panic and 1984 programming on our TV walls 24/7

OJ Simpson spent $10m. I doubt these suits will cost much more. Swift’s problem is that she’ll get laughed out of court. Imagine if Bill Gates wanted to buy his Microsoft shares back at their original IPO price, back before anyone knew MSFT would reach a $10B market cap, let alone the $1T number it’s exceeded today.

You are correct.
Comes down to the concept of rights and responsibilities. Can’t have a great country like ours without it.

Taylor has so many ‘beefs’ with so many people, you need a flo-chart to keep up. There is probably a modern equivalent to Ye Olde Flow Chart. I just don’t know what it is.
To: lee martell
She’s probably writing a song about it as we speak.

She can always return the royalty checks for the record sales of this new
release. She will still get performance and songwriting royalties. That does
not go away if you have not signed them away.
Sounds like she doing a promotion under the guise of a complaint.

She will get royalties. She has not signed that away.
Think of a Record Company as the administrator of her
property rights. They get a cut for administration and
distribution. And she still gets her legal cut.

First of all, its not ok to insult Gypsies, second, no one is taking about hurting an industry and its divisions that made you successful. Just having the correct amount of control at this point. Its the golden goose and they always go asymptotically close to killing it.
