I think we can ALL agree that big time college football does good things now and then. It makes too much dang money to slumber forever. Ohio State has announced (rather quietly to student newspaper) it will resume classes before September, and possibly summer session. Make sure those student-athletes get their book learning.
So maintaining NCAA eligibility requirements is a good thing. Finally, a purpose for that organization, besides dividing the loot and keeping a facade of amateur status.
