For the record, Fauci’s statement was just a matter of fact - with the virus around the globe, it will still exist in the Fall-—Trump’s statement was that he thinks it will be so small as to be easily controllable and Fauci and Birx are both making similar statements.
Why wouldn’t it come back.
Very little of the population has been exposed. You need 80-90% with antibodies for true protection. There is no vaccine. The population has no immunity.
Only someone who has no understanding of how the immune system works would walk around saying it will go away.
How we react to it? That’s a different story.
But it’s going to be around for a long, long time.
On this, I agree with Fauci. He’s purposely set the stage for it to reappear by turning all of us into fragile beings through the lockdown. If we had been free to live our lives, there would be immunity throughout the population.
Fauci: “We will have coronavirus in the fall. I am convinced of that,” And that’s just oh so convenient considering what else happens this coming fall.
“There’s a possibility that the assault of the virus on our nation next winter will actually be even more difficult than the one we just went through,” Redfield told the Washington Post.
That is false, Redfield did not say that. He addressed it at a presser himself.
