Governor Abbott has been a disappointment. He should have shut Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins down long ago.

Jenkins was such an a**hole during the Ebola fiasco in Dallas that its amazing he made it through that debacle. He must know something about someone important.

A goose stepping police SWAT raid on a hair salon would be very poor optics.

Good for her. Speaking of salons, where are all of these social distancing, stay at home politicians getting their hair cut/colored?

I agree. I’m very disappointed with him. He has allowed all of this to drag out way longer than necessary.

I went and got a “bootleg” haircut today. It wasn’t in Clay Jenkins’ jurisdiction, but was still risking someone’s state-issued license. People have bills to pay - and I don’t need my 1970s hairstyle back.

Video - at 50 seconds in, this is what defiance looks like to illegal orders. People would do well to replicate it.
