BTW, I see U.S. Mail trucks everywhere on Sundays now. They have people in civilian clothing driving them and delivery Amazon packages exclusively. Maybe Amazon should just buy the US Postal Service and be done with it.

Same here in the Minneapolistan area.
I think UPS is handling all the air delivery for the USPS then dropping them off at the respective postal depots....
Probably not relevant. Amazon uses dirt cheap subcontractors for delivery in cities and suburbs. Then they let the Post Office deliver out in the sticks where nobody can make money.
Guess that means that We The People are enabling Amazon their profits $$$ by them using USPS trucks for delivery...
Im sure Amazon would buy the USPS if it came with that yearly $billion subsidy.
A monopoly on a necessary service...they could charge whatever they wished.
