To the left, illegal aliens and the homeless are among the most important people around. A homeless person who roams about spreading a deadly disease to society is ideal to the left and should be free to do anything. A normal person who violates a minor safety protocol, on the other hand, will be dealt with with an iron fist.
That is kind of like the illegal alien who illegally obtained a gun and shot and killed a woman. The left treated him like a celebrity and rolled out the red carpet for him. He was, after all, an innocent victim of the fact that guns exist and illegal aliens who kill mere citizens are to be given every advantage.
People with homes can pay fines.
Homeless people can’t pay a $1000 ticket and if they arrest them they have to pay for the legal defense, housing, and health expense plus any attacks on guards and fellow prisoners.
