Readiness ratings and issues were always classified when I was in the military. If what I read about this is true the release of readiness information in an unclassified email is certainly grounds for relief. But then again, you have the Clinton precedent in the background these days don’t we?

But I’m sure that they have no shortage of O6 Diversity Office Directors who could be diverted to captain an Aircraft Carrier. I know that that would require a change in the law but to not do it would be sexist or racist .... or something.
