He was talking about Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation, a forgotten mid 20th century treatment for infectious diseases that weren’t easily treated with other medical strategies. He did phrase it awkwardly, referring to injecting ultraviolet rays into blood to kill viruses. Actually, I think that blood is run through an ultraviolet device and the irradiated blood is “injected” back into the body via a catheter.
Ok, that makes a hell of a lot more sense than all the other insinuations
(by freepers) of the Presidents lack of knowledge. Im sure all these same freepers knew about ultraviolet blood irradiation. I didnt, so thanks tor the info.
In the first part, perhaps, in the seco.d part he was clearly referring to alcohol and bleach.
thnak you- that is exactly what I’ve been trying to state- He was on the subject of UV light at the time, and was wondering aloud whether it could be injected into the lungs somehow to disinfect the virus there-
But the scumbag left wing media- who knew blooming well that he wasn’t talking about Lysol- IMMEDIATELY jumped on his case accusing him of suggesting that people inject Lysol into their lungs-
Now- months,. and even years from now- the msm will still be falsely claiming that President Trump wants people to inject Lysol into their lungs
He was a medical researcher in the 50’s?
Sure he was.
Amazing that among all his other talents Trump's a student of obscure experimental medical treatments from the 40s.
He did phrase it awkwardly, referring to injecting ultraviolet rays into blood to kill viruses.
No, he talked about hitting the body, and bringing the light inside the body, not the blood.
And as a student of UBI you have to assume he knew the difference.
This is a stupid controversy and just typical Trump playing bumper cars with words, but have a little respect for your fellow FReepers and don't try to gaslight us.
