He may be wrong in his thinking. I don’t think the federal government has any obligation whatsoever to bail out a state that has gone into bankruptcy. And what would be the point? In bankruptcy most if not all a state’s debts are restructured or absolved. In any event, Illinois has long been in the red due to Democrat maladministration.

Also- a county sheriff in Idaho is being sued along with the other sheriffs for Constitutional OVERREACH. He and his group are going after the governors next.
