There’s a lot that we do not know about China (thank China). It’s not just us. Western Europe got hit hard. So we can’t really blame President Trump on this. Now that we see data from NYC, an estimated 1/5 of the city developed antibodies to the virus with 0.5% fatality rate. We should go from there and plan accordingly. If 100% of Americans caught the virus, that’ll mean over 2 million dead. Realistically, the number would be more like a million to a million and half dead if around 70% got infected.

Trump is not getting good advice from his people. He has DC tunnel vision. Somebody needs to drag him away from that daily microphone, put him on a bus and tour the countryside... get some real feedback...not politician feedback.
We, as an American society accept the yearly deaths of the seasonal flu, so much so that we don’t even give it a second thought. We have a vaccine for the flu yet thousands upon thousands die every year in this country. We give it zero thought.
Now comes coronavirus...its on our radar and we’re working on the problem, but we don’t stop living because of it. Its not a pandemic, its controllable.
