Jussie Smollett took another hit in court on Wednesday when a federal judge tossed his malicious prosecution lawsuit against the city of Chicago and several police officers.

Attorneys for the former "Empire" star, 37, filed the suit in November 2019, after the city of Chicago sued him for $130,000, seeking reimbursement for the overtime to police officers who were involved in investigating the alleged racist and homophobic attack on Smollett back in January 2019.

The countersuit in November claimed that Smollett was the victim of a malicious prosecution that caused humiliation and extreme distress.

Malicious prosecution?! This queer ain’t lacking in chutzpah. Exhibit A, though, for the idea that somehow somewhere there’s a lawyer wiling to file just about any claim no matter how frivolous or obviously meritless.

I hope this guy gets the holy $hit knocked out of him by another black guy. That would be so appropriate for the little sniveling faggot if you ask me.

Jussy.

He should be thankful his mother didn’t spy a Mayflower moving van passing by when it was time to give the little creep a name. Mayflower for Jussy might have been more appropriate.

Don't worry, it usually does. But there is the occasional exception to the rule.

Since the suit was filed, it came out that Jussie had a "relationship" with one of the brothers outside of weight training.

Jussie pushed the envelope with his connections to Michelle and through her to the lawyer who talked to Kim Foxx, but this lawsuit is way beyond ridiculous.
