They won’t show up in court...and they’ll ignore any verdicts that go against them.
They have plenty of stateside assets. They also hate bad publicity. Also, stateside business partners will want to keep social distance away from any tainted companies.

Once again, I hope they do. Then simply attach any real assets held here in the US. If that happens the case will clearly get to SCOTUS (on an "international diplomacy" basis).And I'd wager everything I have that then ChiComs would win there.
