(b) Ethiopian economic benefit since the economy's primary benefit is attributed to tourism.

He actively covered up Chinese ineptitude and China's destruction of early medical records from the beginning of the infection.
Many early detection physicians have still not been seen or heard from, and remain "missing"; WHO has not yet asked for those physicians to come forward.
