The Biden campaign is facing backlash over an attack ad against President Trump and his apparently weak treatment of China during the coronavirus outbreak. Critics are saying it is "racist" and "xenophobic."
President Trump and his reelection campaign have been slamming former Vice President Joe Biden in recent days, attempting to tie the presumptive Democratic nominee to the communist regime as suspicion continues to grow that China had been dishonest about the origins of the pandemic as well as the data it has shared with the rest of the world regarding known cases and deaths within the country.
On Saturday, the Biden campaign fired back, accusing Trump of "rolling over for the Chinese" and letting 40,000 travelers arrive in the U.S. from China after signing the travel ban.

I am confused here, are the ‘rats saying that Trump wasn’t racist enough?
Those 40,000 travelers were American citizens and permanent residents. What was Trump supposed to do, turn them away?

Were they real, native born Americans or foreigners, living overseas, that had somehow gotten American citizenship and now want to come to US for free handouts, healthcare, etc. If they were living overseas, let them stay overseas.
I agree. I work in a hospital in NJ and the place is head to toe with just about every jabbering mutt from every Third World crap hole on the planet. A lot go on about, “Why doesn’t America have free health care?’’ Why do Americans own guns?’’ They disgust me.
Biden hadn’t gotten the memo about how much funding the Left gets from China.
I heard Mike Pompeo in a recent interview say something to the effect that the State department has coordinated getting about 70,000 citizens home over the last couple of months.

Sir, Americans are Americans. And all Americans should be welcomed home regardless of where they live.
No, there are many people with citizenship, not born in the US, and more or less living overseas. Okay, there are also many dual-citizenship folks that are American only because of a passport, not born American, not assimulated, not loyal or patriotic. Economic citizens? No, these folks can stay overseas.
Voices of the Insane Left. Ignore them except when using their own words against them.
Nobodies trying to be somebodies. If they get the coronavirus, I hope they do become some “bodies”. Nobody will miss them, at least nobody who is sane.

He mocked Pres Trump’s position on China at a campaign rally (words he had to walk back b/c Biden made Obama look like a big jerk).
BIDEN: “China is going to eat our lunch? Come on, man...they can’t even figure out how to deal with the fact
that they have this great division between the China Sea and the mountains in the east, I mean in the west.”
Biden continued “they can’t figure out how they’re going to deal with the corruption that exists within the system.
I mean, you know, they’re not bad folks, folks. But guess what, they’re not, they’re not competition for us.”
