It isn’t that great, trust me. There are a lot of places closer to home where you’d have a better time and spend far less money.

Like I said, I really have no desire to go.
The only place I might be interested in is Pearl Harbor.
But, that is a long way to go and a lot of money for one stop.
Like you said there are places closer and less expensive on the continent.
Did a helicopter ride over Kauai. Haven’t seen anything like that on the continent. But I agree- there are nicer beaches with warmer water in Florida and the Caribbean.
