We still have a lot of snowbirds not leaving for home yet. We are getting CA here as permanent residents here. I like summer here best when there’s no crowds anywhere. No so much anymore.

Our Town Manager has not yet comprehended the loss of income and expected his budget to be rubber stamped.

Ropers and most of our snowbirds left. Unfortunately this shutdown cripples many of our local businesses. Many of us are pushing Gov Ducey to re-open but meeting opposition of the frightened and fearful.

Former CA resident - shocked to find many RINOs here.

Our ‘suburb’, too. The grocery stores are still depleted of tp, paper towels, napkins etc, by 7:30AM. It’s embarrassing to think that my fellow Seniors are still hoarding the paper products. I have half a mind to take post-it notes with GO HOME written on them and put them on the driver’s side of the windshield. I am fed up with seeing so many Illinoisans, Iowans, Missourians, Michiganders, Minnesotans, New Yorkers, N Dakotans, S Dakotans, Alaskans, Coloradans, and even Texans here. I want to scream ‘go home and deplete the stores where you live most of the year‘!

Although swelteringly hot, summer will be a nice break from all the people. Rant over.

South of Tucson and summer is my favorite season. Hell’s heat beats New York & California invaders. At least some of them!
