Do you think there are 330 million test kits available

How on Earth do we even process 330 million tests in a timely fashion? What's the time delay with receiving the test results, and how accurate are they?

That was my point to the people bitching that the President didn't act quickly enough, or didn't focus on testing enough. If you could test a million people a day, it would take 330 days to test everybody. In the interim, how many re-tests would have to take place? And this doesn't even take into consideration the previously existing FDA rules which limited the development of tests for this virus. I said previously, because the President got the FDA to relax those rules so that US companies could develop tests for this virus.
