That’s the problem, we haven’t put a priority on scaling up for mass testing. And no, I don’t think that’s an impossible task for the US of A, if it were prioritized.
Do you realize that China refused to cooperate with US companies by providing the virus strain? That the FDA had rules in place that precluded the quick development of tests? That Trump got the FDA to relax those rules? Every friggin Monday morning QB that has an opinion, does so with hindsight, and yet they still forget (or are ignorant of) the timeline and the facts that were known at the time decisions were made and actions were taken.
Its disgusting to see President Trump criticized the way he has been. He held up his end of the bargain, while many of the states dropped the ball. I could go on and on, but to some, facts just don't matter. Getting a pound of political flesh is all that matters - and it disgusts me.
