She is probably correct - in fact, it’s probably low. It’s just that many people show no symptoms - they are robust with healthy immune systems so they don’t get sick, but they can be carriers. This is a good thing, since the more exposure, the greater the immunity as a whole.

She claimed 100,000 already infected a month ago. Not today.
And at the time it was believed to have a much higher death rate and the things you mention above were not being considered.
No reason to reset the goalposts for her.
There are many people who were infected, showed no symptoms, so never got tested and so they don't know they were infected. They must have said that hundreds of times at this point.
That is why they are waiting for the antibody test, which will give a much better indication as to how many were actually infected.
