I think If they want a Trump proof plan, then Trump should leave NY to its own devices. Cuomo whines for more money, more equipment, more testing, more hospitals. Trump should just basically tell NY to drop dead! You want it Trump proof, then start were the bucks stop!

Clearly Cuomo wants the Federal Government to handle everything he’s failed to do right from the beginning of this virus threat......and as usual to funnel revenue, or resources that he can hide/hoard to sell for revenue.
