I am not taking a position on this but just guessing.
$3.7 million to the Wuhan lab might be an inexpensive way to keep abreast of what is going on there.
Quite obviously, we were not abreast of what was going on there for the 3.7 million. Or were we?
Seems all the wrong people are those who at this moment want to continue shattering what is left o America.
