I probably have you beat. My Dell laptop with Windows XP still works, and it’s the super emergency laptop. My W7 laptops gave in a year ago and I had 3 of them.

I’m jealous! I have “Sound Recorder” envy. That was the best for making short audio clips from CDs.
I still have a Dell XP laptop, but am getting an ominous blue screen when cranking it up. Maybe some day I’ll find someone who’ll be able to bring it back to life.
