I don’t know where that money will be coming from, but the farmers definitely do need this help. So many tons of fresh food has been harvested, and must now be thrown away.
It would be too expensive in most cases to collect and redistribute the perishable food to people who could use it.
Out of work people.
Turning the economy back on, even if in stages, cannot happen soon enough.
