For a second I thought Doctor Who discovered HIV. Minor words like “who” or “was” should not be capitalized in a title or headline.

lol My first thought was “Dr Who” and which doctor it was I liked the 4th, 10ht, 11th and 12th Doctor.
I showed the headline to my children and expressed why punctuation, grammar and such are so important.
