PDJT has several aces up his sleeves. If the Governor/s refuse to open certain businesses PDJT can order those businesses to open using both the Defense Production Act, or the Commerce clause of the constitution.
By claiming that the businesses are interstate commerce, or effect interstate commerce, (Wilburn, (sic), the wheat farmer case from 1942 that got an unanimous USSC decision), which the businesses will happily comply with while the Governor fights it through the courts.
