The problem there is that the most pivotal states...New York,Kalifornia,Illinois,Pennsylvania,Michigan,etc...have filthy Rat Governors whose one dream is to bring the President down.

Take those states out of the "recovery" loop and the entire country suffers...badly.

How long can New York, Illinois and California go without incoming tax revenues to pay for their ENORMOUS state budgets? Will their budgets last until November? Will state workers give up their paychecks just to get Trump, without bitching and moaning everywhere?
