Where’s the Coast Guard?
The Coast Guard is busy manning our submarine nets for Iranian and Chinese and other bad actors who have been gaming/planning their coordinated sneak submarine missile attack for over a decade. Their is a multi facet attack against the west and the virus is but one of the major vectors of attack.
The US and China are actually at war. China was actually winning the visible part of that war, the trade war, until Donald Trump was elected in our nation stood up to fight for our survival economically. China is not amused.
Maybe this is why Trump increased the navy presence in the area...

The Mexican Coast Guard! About twenty yeas ago I was on a dive boat one Sunday afternoon off Cozumel when we found a dead body floating in the water. We called the Mexican Coast Guard, but were told “Go away, we’re closed”. We had to catch the body in a canvas tarp and haul it to shore. It wasn’t in a condition where we wanted to bring it on board.
