The answer is civil disobedience. Governors are not kings thus they cannot unilaterally decree a law on the people. Get arrested, go to court, it will get grown out, then sue the governor and his lackeys for abuse of power and indiscriminate unlawful obstruction of the people’s constitutional rights

Be prepared for the police to raid your home at 3am in the morning. They come with military vehicles, military weapons, and they’ll start by mindlessly killing your pets before they start throwing grenades and incendiaries into your house. And if you survive and manage to surrender expect for one of them to shoot you anyway.
