I think I saw a report that Fairfax Co. has the highest rate of Covid cases and deaths for VA.
Sigh. I doubt the Republican party of that state will do anything, but...I admit, I don’t know their makeup.
The cure, I suspect, would be for someone like Trump to take charge of their party in that state, and lay waste to the GOPe types.

There’s an awful lot of Republican leaders around the country that like “failing for wealth” as a game plan. Fail to get elected, fail to get desired legislation through, “If only you, the voter, had given us a little more money, we could have won!” Then sit back and watch the money roll in.
They don’t *want* to succeed, because then the money train would end and/or they would actually have to *do* something. The GOP employs a lot of professional ‘failure artists’ in many states.
