There is going to be a rush to re-open soon. By end of April, most states will have been closed 30 days and state/county tax coffers will start to dry up. Then, as budgets are reworked and state/county workers lose planned raises and maybe even furloughed, we will open in a hurry.

Particularly true because most states have delayed their individual income tax return due dates to July 15 to coincide with the Federal delay.
