I remembered vividly around 2012 (?) obama and DHS MADE SURE to relocated somalians into MN as refugees. That asshole allowed a lot of refugees specifically in red areas to mis-balance the GOP and independent advantage. It’s in FR archives but the exact year I’m not sure.
