Crisis tends to bring simmering issues to boil. There will be much that shakes out of this current fiasco. What ultimately shakes out will define whether we survive as a nation or devolve into tribal warfare.

If medical lynch mobs think lynching and murder is essential who are we to question them?

Should require abortionists to burn a small cross just outside the womb and wear Klan robes for any abortion.

On September 17, 1980, Thompson was nominated by President Jimmy Carter to a seat on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama vacated by Judge Frank Minis Johnson. Thompson was confirmed by the United States Senate on September 26, 1980, and received his commission on September 29, 1980. He served as Chief Judge from 1991 to 1998. He took senior status on August 22, 2013.

Always and forever, a baby-killing democrap.

If this judges ruling is logical and Constitutionally relevant, then reason would say that every other company & business could decide which of it’s operations is “essential” to its customers and which is not.

I have no problem with the term “essential” being used to minimize human interaction during an epidemic being privately determined if, and it’s a giant if, it is universally applicable to all enterprises. Otherwise, if the government can pick and chose what “essential” means, then there is no logic that says abortion providers can self-exempt from that.

Hardkill (war) softkill (all other...abortions, vaccinations, etc.) Billygoat Gates may have replaced Gosnell as the greatest mass murderer in American history. We’ve been very good at it since the ‘60’s (Vietnam RIP Jim, Rick, John) and 1973 (Roe v Wade)

We’re a machine.

This judge is an idiot. Based on his reasoning, it is up to the business to decide whether or not it is essential. That means any business can stay open if they consider themselves essential, including the local tobacco shop, magazine shop, quilt shop etc. Dem judges are Dems first, ideolog liberals second, legal experts third, if ever.

It should be treated as Elective Surgery, something that has been banned throughout the Country.

If you can’t get a Boob Job, you can’t murder your Child.

I think retail stores are essential. I’m sick of only having Walmart and Target as my shopping experiences. Ready to go out and pick out furniture that I can touch, shoes, and clothing that I can try on.

My husband can’t get a biopsy for what they are presuming is cancer. It’s been scheduled since end of January. It was scheduled for March 27. This waiting is awful.

The following is the number of abortions reported to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. These are per year numbers, from the United States. And believe it or not, the reporting is voluntary.

2016: 623,471
2015: 638,169
2014: 652,639
2013: 644,435
2012: 699,202
2011: 730,322
2010: 765,651
2009: 789,217
2008: 825,564
2007: 827,609
2006: 852,385
2000: 857,475
1995: 1,210,883
1990: 1,429,247
1985: 1,328,570
1980: 1,297,606

Since 1970 thru 2016 there have been 46,413,319 abortions reported to the CDC.

Number of Covid 19 reported as of 4/13/20 in the US: 22,000

Speechless.

This is getting absolutely crazy. Delaying a biopsy can delay potentially life saving treatment. I learned I am in atrial fibrillation but that the potential fix is considered elective. Guess I can go ahead and have a heart attack before I can get treatment.

The people of Alabama voted on sanctity of life in 2018: The amendment recognizes the rights of the unborn and ensures state funds will not go to funding abortion care. Alabama legislature voted a ban on abortions in 2019.

What? When it comes to a Cancer Diagnosis, time is your enemy. Time to find a new Doctor or go straight to an Oncologist.

If my Dr. didn’t get me setup with an Oncologist when he did my Leukemia Prognosis would have probably been a lot worse.

When I think back I was probably ignoring some symptoms, but I also made a point to do an Annual Physical with him. That’s when he noticed a problem with my Blood Work.

The governor has said this is an elective procedure, not the doctor.
